Flex Network Systems™ operates under a licensed-use model. All intellectual property is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights, implied licenses, or permissions are granted unless expressly provided in a written agreement executed by Flex Network Systems™.
Unauthorized copying, replication, redistribution, reverse-engineering, scraping, or derivative use of Flex intellectual property — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited.
Flex Network Systems™ actively monitors for infringement. Violations may result in formal cease-and-desist notices, immediate license termination, and legal enforcement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
